I start up my computer and stare blankly at the screen.
Now what? Where the heck do I start?
Focus… Let’s see… I have two projects waiting to be addressed:
Adsense optimization for one site - and a complete makeover of another.
So I’m rolling up my sleeves and diving in.
I start my little Time-tracking program and begin pulling apart the files. Soon I’m lost in the world of web - only coming up for air when my wiener dog daintily paws at my leg. His sad little eyes say “I need to go out!”. Off for a quick spin around the block - a few deep breathes of fresh air - and then I’m back at the computer.
Holding my nose - I’m diving in again
Bliss!

Business Networking that doesn’t suck - their tagline says it all!
Biznik.com is a networking group started by a couple here in the Seattle area (my hometown) that has grown to be worldwide. With well over 4300 memebers (as I write this now) based all across the USA and other contries - it’s an amazing resource.
Not only is it a place to showcase your small, independent business - but a place to connect with others doing the same, and find goods and services you may need. Keeping it in the family, so to speak, helps promote the growth of independent businesses. Personally - it’s ALWAYS the first place I look when I need something or someone to help me with what I’m doing.
Best of all - it’s 100% free. You can always upgrade - but getting to try it out free is quite a deal!

I’ve learned a lot in my work-life adventures - and I’m ready to offer up something that seems to be hard to find these days: One on One website services. It’s something I love to do.
It’s common to be asked “what do you do?” in general conversation - and I say “I make web pages”. The response is almost always “Oh really?!? Man! I really need help.” or “I know someone who really needs a web site.”
So what’s the deal? There are TONS of services out there that build websites. Why are so many people just not using them?
I think it’s due to two things: price & knowledge.
People I run into seem to think that it costs thousands of dollars to get up and running with a website. It CAN cost thousands - depending on what it is you need your site to do - but a basic, informative and useful site can be created for very little money with the right knowledge.
So that brings us to knowledge. What I’m finding is that if you want to pay a low price with the current services - then you have to roll up your sleeves and learn a whole heck of a lot of things and jump through a bunch of hoops. That’s the problem - who has time to learn how to build a website when really, you just want to do what you do?
That’s where I come in. I’ve learned how to build well designed sites with inexpensive methods. I can do the dirty work for you - and you get a site that looks great and you can afford.
So there you go. One on one we can work out what it is you need - and how we can accomplish that for a very reasonable price. Getting your info out there for all to find will, in turn, improve your ability to do what you do - and I’m happy to make that happen!
